Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
A: For safe and secure transactions, we accept payments made via Paypal for all online purchases. We currently only accept cash for purchases made at our office.
Q: WHAT ARE THE MODES OF DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
A: Pawrents may choose from one of the following shipping options with Standard Mail at a flat rate of SGD $1.50, Registered Mail at a flat rate of SGD $3.50 or Courier Service at a flat rate of SGD $6.50. You may also choose to make an appointment with us to self-collect your purchases at our office located at 3006 Ubi Road 1 #03-350 Singapore 408700. Q: AFTER PLACING AN ORDER, WILL I BE ABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: We are afraid that we are unable to make any amendments to your order once it is placed and confirmed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.
Q: WHAT IF MY FUR KID DOESN’T LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT?
A: Fret not! Our flexible exchange policy allows you to exchange them within 14 days. For more details, please refer to Payments & Returns.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE MY FUR KID WEARS?
A: Every fur kid is unique in their own way. Even same breeds may not wear the same size. Because of this we strongly advise all pawrents to always measure your fur kid before ordering to avoid disappointment when receiving the merchandise. Q: I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
A: In order to make sure that all pawrents are happy with their purchases, Petkaboo make sure that all items went through and passed our quality check before sending the items out. However if you feel that the order is faulty or not up to your satisfaction, please drop us an email immediately to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a snapshot of the defective area/s and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
