Thank you for shopping at Petkaboo. Kindly spend a few minutes of your time to read through the following terms prior to making your purchase.



1. Your continued use of this website and your purchase from us constitutes your acknowledgement to all of the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.


2. As we continue to develop our website, we may from time to time, modify or update the Terms & Conditions and Petkaboo reserve the right to do so without any prior notice.


Petkaboo will be in no way held liable for any damage or injuries, whether that be direct, indirect, incidental, or otherwise, resulting from the use of any products sold or obtained from Petkaboo.


Typo Errors
Petkaboo shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products that were listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors.


Petkaboo makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as the colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products. Colours of actual products might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.


Product Care
1. If your fur kid tries to take off their clothes themselves, be sure to stop and help them. This will prevent them from chewing and ruining the clothes.


2. It is advisable to hand wash all Petkaboo apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.


3. Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products.


Every fur kid is unique in their own way. Even same breeds may not wear the same size. Because of this we strongly advise all pawrents to always measure your fur kid before ordering to avoid disappointment when receiving the merchandise. We encourage you to read all relevant product descriptions and size charts as sizes may differ from various designs and cuttings.


Size Guide
The size guide is only intended as a general guide. Please measure your fur kid and check the measurement of each product on its individual page to ensure the perfect fit.



1. We accept payments made via PayPal for all online purchases. For purchases made at our office, we currently only accept cash.


2. Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.



1. Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges and are subject to change without notice.


2. Once your order has been submitted it cannot be varied or cancelled.


3. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.



1. All parcels of Petkaboo are dispatched via SingPost & our engaged courier companies. We promise to dispatch your parcel to your selected service provider within 3 working days* once payment is verified.


2. By agreeing to allow Petkaboo to mailed out your parcel by your selected service provided, Petkaboo will not be responsible for any delays and/or missing parcels. However, we will render our best assistance in helping you to try to retrieve any missing parcels. Do be aware that local standard mails do not come with a tracking number, hence the chances of retrieving any missing parcel are minimal.


3. We are unable to provide combine shipping for orders that are placed separately. Please double check your order details at the checkout page before confirming the order.

Bounced Parcels

1. Pawrents will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by pawrents.


2. Bounced parcels that remains unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Petkaboo’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.


Return & Exchange

1. All Petkaboo purchases can be returned or exchanged either by post or at our office.


2. Kindly send us an email at shop@petkaboo.sg or file a request via our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Items sent back without any email notice will not be processed.


3. All return & exchanges must be done within 14 days in its original and resalable condition with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.


4. Return and exchanges will only be done for item(s) purchased directly from us at our office or via petkaboo.sg with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with original packaging. Requests for exchanges of articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.


5. All relevant postage costs involved will be fully borne by pawrents. Pawrents are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Petkaboo will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via standard mail. All exchanges will be send back to pawrents via courier service only. Please prepare between SGD $7 to SGD $30 (depending on the size of your package) to be paid directly to the courier delivery personnel upon delivery of the item. Alternative, you can also arrange an appointment with us to make the exchange at our office.


6. We apologise if we had sent you a defective / incorrect item(s). Petkaboo will reimburse standard mail postage incurred for defected / incorrect item(s) sent to you. Alternative, you can also arrange an appointment with us to make the exchange at our office.


7. Do note that there may be a 2-3cm difference in our given measurements and such variance will not be considered as a defect reason for exchange.


8. For defective item received, please drop us an email at shop@petkaboo.sg with a snapshot of the defective area/s prior to mailing the item back to confirm that the item has a defect and that the defect is in no way part of the intended design.


9. Exchanges can only be made once. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.


10. In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement, pawrents may choose to exchange to another equivalent value item or a full refund of the item will be given.


11. If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping fee) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.


12. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
